Nowadays, people are avoiding exercising and eating healthy foods. Parents have other priorities and working late and they prefer pizza and outside foods instead of a home-cooked meal. Increasing a kid on fast foods is bad habits of eating and ends up being weighty. Deprived of good healthy role models how are kids supposed to develop habits of good eating? In today’s society, the importance of learning healthy and exercise is very important. How nice is to see that kids play sports, run around and play on the playground rather than burying their face in the electronic devices.
Through health education, students have a chance to get knowledge about the health risks. Without education, the student would not even know what heart diseases are or how to prevent it. They should not only study physical health but also mental health, social and emotional health too. Many students face mental health issues that come with depression, anxiety, eating disorder and much more. They might not even realize what is really going on in their own body.
A healthy person is the happiest person in the world. He always lives long and happy life with full of energy. He also carries out his duties in a responsible manner. A monarch without health, a healthy peasant is happier.

Students learn to examine, assess, and, where suitable, take action to increase the well-being of individuals, society, and communities. Students are challenged to think analytically about a range of social and personal health-related awareness and practices.
