Reflection on MBA Program Experience
Master in Business Administration (MBA) is accomplished effectively. The experience in program was fabulous as I have learned too many new things and resolve the difficulties in some areas like problems to solve business complexities with time. I have learned and achieved proficiency in collaborative leadership strategic. During the program, I have experience the collaborative environment in which I can expose my skills to guide and work with others. From that point, I started to develop my leadership skills with co-learners. The teaching staff helped me to achieve desired leadership skills by guiding and motivating in number of social as well as campus events (Datar.et.al.2011). The overall experience was learning directed and effective to encourage me in global presentation. I achieved proficiency in leadership to manage the organizational teams and operations in global market. The program helped me to use my skills in various internal events. Also the opportunity to work with other institutes and students under the same international events helped me to sharpen my skills to manage the organizational level. I taught myself how to manage the work and performance under the pressure and constraints.
The area of business operational problems was always difficult for me during MBA program because I tried myself to rule with theoretical approaches and failed to generate the desired outcomes in practical environment (Puccio.et.al.2010). I knew how it will be but I never put my efforts to get proficiency in practical work. The methods to business problems appeared many time in other courses like in the construction of development strategies and tactics over analysis and solution to existing problems. Also in practical events, I felt myself less proficient in business problem solving skills. However, later at ending of program, I put my efforts to enhance the skills and learned with other co-learners those were already proficient in this area. They helped me to overcome my less proficiency. They taught me the practical knowledge with dramatically used my theoretical approaches into results. For instance, I have completed the organizational problems to promote the program in city. I used my skills under the guidance of tutor to solve the problem within estimated cost and time. My tutor admired my work and then I feel like a proficient in business problem solving area (Gibson, 2011).
The MBA program was effectively planned as it contents all the subjects those are required to develop my skills in management field. Also the faculty was capable to deliver the learning outcomes effectively. The subject content is delivered with right integration to real world problems and applications. The content of program was effective as it completes my requirement for my future goal and objectives. I would like to go into a start-up where I can manage the work under upcoming marketing pressure and employees. The course provides sufficient skills inside me to accomplish my future goals and objectives. My overall experience is peaceful and honestly, I will like to prefer someone else who is seeking for right skills within proper learning environment (Arbaugh.et.al.2010).
