This all the data depicts the actual picture of my career and from where I got myself started in organization world. In 1998 I joined Management Company in which I was assigned work that is managing employees in sophisticated manner so that they could not be deprived of their privileges in company premises. But due to limited scope and my drawback of having interest in such field forced me to move on from that management job. I was incumbent to leave this job due to limited scope of my career and lack of satisfaction from the job. I was finding myself struggling for nothing. Gradually I come to realize that I am missing something in my life. Then with regard to my studies which I had pursued   with the long term perspective I join an IT company and I worked for that company named SAP France Industry Information Technology and Services. I worked for that company for 2 years. Then I come to realize that I have enthusiastic feeling for IT work. In the starting I was very scared and pissed of this analytical work but with the time I felt like enjoy this work and core competency in my work profile regard with IT services become the intent of my career. I applied their creativity and flexibility in the application of knowledge and skills to new situations, to resolve problems and to think rigorously and independently.  A high order of skill in analysis, critical thinking and professional application has made me to learn from my own mistakes and that causes me firstly to start with my own self- development program in order to fetch myself always to the next level.  It is not easy to describe my whole life cycle but there is one thing I have come to realize that I have learned more and there is yet to learn a lot.

Observation of my life which I have perceived throughout the time being in force has lot to share regard with the personal and professional development. My personal and work experience could be described to the level of possibilities in following parts (Pan & Tao 2012).

Learning is the acquisition of new knowledge in order to develop new skills or tactic to perform various activities in easy and sophisticated manner. I have realised so hard key points in me which has being the biggest drawback in my career style. I need to work on my own personality or way of analyst things in more conceptualising and analytical way. This whole learning process could be possible only when I chose to follow these specified stages with high integrity and quality manner.

Learning style

Experiencing- This learning style will start with my own mistakes and drawbacks that I have seen in my last years of working performance. There is actual fact that in order to become an executive manager I need to overcome the entire shortcoming, drawbacks and other mistakes. On the other hand I also have to work on my working style and tactics to perform works in order to create core competencies in my way of working.

Reflecting- This points I could use in order to observe my own experience in certain circumstance so that better result could be generated in the next time. There has been much circumstance when I had found myself doing nothing and folding hands to watch the situations.

Thinking- I after making a certain points in my mind and analyzing all the situations has to make a good thinking process. There is fact that Executive manager is the analytical person who take the decision in critical and sophisticated manner to deal with other subordinates in good manner.

Apply- This process could be used to develop a good skills. I need to apply my thinking or newly generated idea in order to test my key intents.  There is fact that stimulate to handling and practicing my own idea will result into boosting my courage and other incredible intent in me.

Near history of my life

Being the intelligent student of my class of the University de Technologies de Troyes I have always realized my excessive intent quality for the analytical study of data and providing best result out of my thinking process.  During my studies due to the inadequate amount of money in my family I used to complete IT projects of my friend and in return they would provide me some money. The hard work and respective work of same project unleashed my interest in IT sector. Then I joined teaching IT subject in some institute, wide range of knowledge and its proven technique has resulted into my mind up gradation. Afterward due to unforeseen reason and high amount of package in business field incumbent me to pursue my career in the field of business management (Marrone, & Kolbe, 2011).

Being in the team of business management has provided me utmost level of information and taught me how I could achieve best out of my endeavor toward my goals. My personal goals also have motivated me to the scale in which I had to learn how to make good out of the choices you have in your bucket. I elected to play consistently golf which enable be to monotonous my courage for the long goals which I found at that time hard to get. The dedication, enthusiasm, time management skills and other soft skills are the outcome of my all the personal and professional training I have got throughout the time.

My first business management Job

My first job in the business management team has provided me vast variety of knowledge in each and every field. One of the most outcomes I have got being in the team was how to see the intent in the people around me. Since the time I joined the organization I   had to go through the rigorous training schedule in which I was thought soft skills regard with the computer software and how to handle business portal and other website work in order to create a good broadcast for the organization. Furthermore I also discovered my own intent with the help of self-development program. This whole process was certainly was the best outcome of my life as during that time I began to develop my skills and core competencies which kept me monopolistic in my technical field(Grainger, A. 2014).

I have known from the starting that I am very good at technical things. My intent, view, perceptions and all other things whichever I could see in a sophisticated manner was the key to unlock my closed walls. Gradually I come to realize that i was also good at gaining another positions with extravagant remuneration and higher authority handling simultaneously shoulder all the responsibilities associated with it. Looking behind what I had to left for the sake of my own career was not easy. I felt like that I could  have made my scale in the management field  specially core competency  in understanding the people creating opportunities for myself completion of the impossible task in a soft and easy manner is my best weapon in the market. But the time demands so many things from you in order to take to that height where you ever want to reach your professional life. These are such as   e.g. sacrifices, political connection and money. Due to this I found that this could be main hurdle in my management career.( Kuo, et.,  2016)

Present era of life

I got myself started to pursue further development program in my technical field. As I felt that in order to make my career in my own passion which was developing sites making technical program and creating languages for the C+   I had to take other technical knowledge.  Then I got married. Situations and circumstances are the main reason behind realizing the next level of my own personal development. I started job hopping to make my career in the field where I was best at providing IT project manager services.  I undertake the strongest job of coordinating the process to implement my thoughts. As a manager I can get on work at any stage of the project, but the biggest success comes when manager works with the team he has for working from the defined manner of project analysis and estimation.  I am assigned work of having control over teams of IT experts all over the world. Being in the supervisor position I can see the development process easily.  I always use a transparent and secure project management system that prepares daily and/or weekly reports for the organization to keep an eye on the project.  With the help of my dignity in the origination and the professional help of my own team has provide me the different skills and analytical power to make good decision in puzzle situation. There are following things I realized during my job which should be developed in my career and professional life (Ashurst, A. 2015.

IT project executive plans and their functions demands various task which depicts the actual intent of an IT project Executive management. I find myself best in critically analyses of individuals and their performance for the purpose of identifying personal training and development needs. I also take online classes of technical languages learning from University of Roehampton, London. The use of the latest technology in this University is transforming higher education into a valuable collaborative learning experience which will also keep me a step forward with my actual rivals in the organization and market field. During this vigorous training procedure five important things to notice in me firstly I came to know the student who were being taught along with me in the classes were accompanied with the technical gadgets and up-to-date knowledge of different technical field, secondly I was very weak in doing easy and theoretical work third I find myself best doing team work and at the last but not least I made very good contacts with people with new generation (Cassidy-Rice, J. 2014)

Time management is an essential tool to achieve the success in easy and efficient manner. I have used this technique to discover my own core intent so that I could achieve the position of Executive manager in this company or in others. This management program has shown me the real value of my time and where I can best deploy my time comparatively. I have focused on mainly troubleshooting of employees problems program. My goal is to achieve the Executive position dignity in my life and for this I have to understand various problems and inner behaviour of the employees toward the management. This study has given me ample amount of opportunity to make a good understanding upon different situations.

Conclusion

Here we achieve the idea of self-learning and how to make our self-competent enough to phase with the fast moving market. I have gone through the time I have spent in my life time being in force. I realised that there are so many things I have learned and yet there are so many things to be learned. In order to get the best I have also scarified so many things in my life I could be. Nevertheless what I come to realise that I have chosen the way on which I want to surf my career. IT sector is my intent sector i enjoy being working in this sector.no matter what and how much work load I have. As much as I have concerned with my life and the acts I opt to perform it is also required that I should understand the importance of self-development.  My plans procedure and course of actions which I needed to perform are on the right thin line. I have also understood that I need to make my good action plans which help me to overcome my present drawback and motivate me to achieve the next level of development.

Recommendation

Being in the IT sector me mostly found that I need to develop so many skills and intent in my working strength. I have also joined so many institutes in which I am learning different programme and software development skills. I have dreamed of becoming an executive project manager and for this post I need to make correction in my current profile by generating different skills regard with the time.  Current executive project manager is going on a maternity leave and this could be the best course of action for me.  I need to learn how to grab the available opportunity in the internal and external environment of organisation.
