In relation to my Competing Value skills, my spider web shows the uneven aspects which are required to be considered for analyzing the management skills in the hotel industry (Evans, et. al., 2012). In this four quadrant, my strong ability lies in the control and create quadrant. Other than that, I lack in collaborate and compete. Control and create has become my strong points due to the ability to manage information and improvise my critical thinking which is required to meet the situation possess in the industry. In my working experiences, I was able to present my innovative ideas which have provided me strength to showcase my talent to the people. I have also enabled to manage all sort of operation conducted in the hotel industry. I also to enhance my ability to deal with the other parties. This has enabled me to improvise my talent in negotiating various sort of agreement along with commitment occur in the industry. But I lack in to collaborate and compete quadrant which affects my overall managerial skills. I am unable to collaborate people to perform the participative decision making. I sometimes lack in the managing the time which leads to the stress. This aspect creates a hurdle in my growth and performance (Hartnell, et. al., 2011).
With the help of CVF, I think that currently, I am specialized in the internal process and the open style m which. For the purpose of the enhancement of my career, I have to work on my human relation and rational skills effectively.
