Requirement management refers to the process of documenting, analysing, tracking as well as prioritizing the requirements and then they have to control the changes along with the effective communication to the relevant stakeholders. It is the continuous process throughout the whole project which helps in completing the work in an effective manner (Dick, et. al., 2017).

Fast Track Courier is having a need and for that, they have to bring the changes in their structure as well as operations. The requirement for change includes:

1.Increase market share by using preferred choice as a courier company.

2.Need to change the delivery system so that they can deliver services to consumers in the shortest time.

3.The companyhaving a slow channel of distribution which causes late delivery to consumers and it increases negativity and this will decrease their delivery system.

4.Reporting related to productivity shall be completed by the information or data related to PDA.

6.Drivers are resistance to change which having a negative effect on the company. They have to provide an effective explanation about change and keep the requirements in mind (Payne & Askeland, 2016).

Changes are inevitable and each and every company needs to do changes which assist in attaining the goals of the firm. The changes which are identified in Fast Track Courier company are linked to the strategic along with the operational goals. The strategic goal and their associating changes include:

1.The company uses appropriate process so that they can expand the business in the metropolitan area. The company wants to increase their market share and for that effective employment of employees as well as technology should adopt.2.Technology which employees of the business entity can adopt is GPS system and PDA assist in improving the distribution system.

3.The managershould take care of employees and provide training to them regarding the changes in technology as well as an organisational structure which aid in building trust in the firm. The changes made in the workforce as per the requirements.

If employees are not motivated then they cannot work in a proper manner. The staff members should adopt updated technology such as PDA system in trucks and this means company does not have trust in their employees. The company changes the policy of working that is two members of one member of the truck which affect the working of the drivers.

The distribution process of the business entity is slow and that is the reason by which they are doing the delivery in a long time. Staff members of the firm will not accept the PDA system as it affects the loading and unloading services of man (Alvesson & Sveningsson, 2015).

In the company, workforce is resistant as it adopts the variations in the technology such as installing the GPS system as well as PDA devices. This resistant provide the feeling to the employees that higher authorities do not have a trust in the employees and for that, they have to monitor the working of the staff members. Employees are not willing to adopt this technology and also deliver the result in delaying the orders of consumers.

The general manager of fast-track courier company and it is always on road and the reason is that they are not able to see the working condition of the business entity in the real time as well as this will depend on the working condition of the firm in the real time. So, that it should be based on the report which is sent by the head office as well as drivers so that they can manage the policies. The company does not have effective administration and control over the employees and this will lead to lack of motivation in the staff members so that they can complete the work in an effective manner.

Competitors- If they are using the updated technology, then they can easily convince their staff members that this technology is very much beneficial for them. This technology helps Fast Track Courier company in increasing their market share by doing fast delivery.

Government Policies- If regulatory body change their policies or increase the rate of road tax, then for delivering the orders which aid in resulting the cost and this will also increase the competition as well (Wiegers & Beatty, 2013).

In starting of the company, they are following the policy of two drivers in one truck but at the present time, they are changing the policy that is one driver in one truck. This helps them in comfortable working but it is not suitable for all workers and for that they did strikes. This policy help in providing employment to the other person which they are purchasing.

The companyhaving an opportunity to build the market share in Sydney as well as it boosts the 7.5% share which assists in expanding their business by 8 trucks. This help in increasing the number of trucks.

c).

The drivers who are working in the courier company and this will not willing to do participate in the training and guidance programs for the understanding of PDA devices which assist in decreasing the performance of the staff members. By this, employees of the firm go on strike if firm follows the current policy that is one driver on one truck (Pettigrew, 2013).

d).

When the employees go on strike, then management of the company should change the decision of the current policy to implement. This is the change in the management decision of the administration of fast-track courier company.

As I am working as an HR specialist, they have to identify the change by implementing or executing the policies, then this will help in providing the employment and by that, they can attain the success.

Goal A: It is related to implementing a proper PDA device otherwise GPS system which helps in increasing the productivity.

Goal B: This goal is related to another policy that is implanting one person per truck policy by utilizing habitual lift gates.

Change management strategy for the fast track is to implement GPS or PDA device so that productivity can be boosted up. Another one is to implement a policy of one person on one truck (Hayes, 2014).

The target audience is employees, middle level, and top-level managers. They have to convey an effective message related to system. They have to conduct an appropriate meeting with the stakeholders.
