Leadership qualities will help in the better execution of the activities of the project as well as helps in better monitoring and control over the operations of the plans. A leader not only integrate the efforts of the organisation towards the common direction but it also helps in the management of time, cost, quality, human resource of the organisation, flow of communication within the organisation as well as with the external parties and management of the risk factors of the project.
