As Globex and RALS are not moving to new market therefore the strategic field is going to be least priority.
Through this automatic online ticket generating system, RALS committee can operate the crowd in a manner. can easily book tickets from any corner of the world through this system.
RALS committee is currently facing trouble in managing the crowd. They want the system through which the crowd can be easily managed. Through this online ticket generation system, visitor can book their ticket without waiting outside the long queue. Through this, they can book their ticket in a faster manner.
To make the online ticket generation system, different things are targeted which are as follows:
1. Tickets must be equipped with the barcode.
2. Tickets can be bought from the online medium.
3. Tickets can be categorised on the basis of days.
4. Tickets must show details like an outlet, gate number, and online/offline purchase.

Summary of MOV
This online ticket generating system is going to help the RALS and Globex organisation. Through this customer can buy the tickets from the online platform. Also, Visitor access this system through their mobile, notebook and tablets. Visitors can print the tickets having a barcode on them.
Through this system, the RALS committee can manage the crowd by tracking them. Through this system, only valid ticket holder is going to get access inside the system. Also, Globex can easily track the record of revenue which is generated by the crowd.
Part Two: Scope
RALS community is facing trouble in managing the crowd. Major crowd is slipping through the entrance gate as a result proper revenue is not generated. As a result, gates of the RALS are facing delays. Also, the sales process of the ticket is slow due to long waiting queue. So for that, the RALS committee has decided to bring an anew platform for ticket generation system.
This system is going to provide the following functions and features which are shown below:
1. Through this system, the tickets that are equipped with the barcode or QR code can be generated easily.
2. These tickets can be registered online by the visitor.
3. Visitor can easily buy these tickets from any corner of the world through the internet.
4. System is designed in such a manner so that mobile and other portable devices can be accessed by the visitors easily.

He has the responsibility to the domain of the business or . he is going to integrate the business model with the latest technology by accessing it.
The main role of the system analyst is to provide the effective use of technology. that system can be incorporated in the by doing its cost analysis (McKay, 2016).
System architect is going to develop the system for the . Through all the requirement of the can be fulfilled easily. System architect the system by breaking the system into different small components (Sokanu, n.d.).
developer is the programmer who is going to build the application for the system. Through him, visitor can easily access the system online easily. Also, his duty is to make the system accessible to portable devices like mobiles, tablets, and notebook.
He is going to maintain all the servers and computers that are installed by the Virtucon. he is going to configure the hardware that placed newly. Update of the software package has to be done only.
As there a of facilities are going to be given by the online ticket generation system. So to make it there must be proper linking between hardware and software. Some part of the hardware is going to be installed inside the premises of RALS.
Other resources like training going to be provided by the Virtucon. For that their computer technician is planned to teach the staff members of RALS. Through this the members of the RALS can operate the system in an . Also through this the human error is going to be reduced.

Assumptions made about the project
There are different assumptions that are made while construction of the project is as follows:
1. All the information that is collected from the Globex has to be correct.
2. RALS committee members must know the basic knowledge of the computers. Through this, they can operate the online ticket generation system easily.
3. During the time of testing, at least two stakeholders must be present to verify whether the system is meeting the requirement of the RALS committee or not.

If the addressing of the project task is not done in a proper manner, then there is the risk of slipping of schedule. Slipping of schedule is going to affect the economy of the Globex o may lead to failure of the project.
This risk is due to continue change which is going to be present in the project. Also if the requirements are not defined in proper manner then this risk may lead to failure of the project.
Project management Risk
This type of risk is majorly due to the change in the priorities in the existing system. Also sometimes there is the requirement of same resources in the project. This all things are enough to stop the progress of project (Rawi, 2013).
These risks are generated mainly due to the performance or functionality of the project. This risk is going to affect only if the implementation of the project is hard (Softwaretestinghelp, 2017).
Customer is always in demand of new things through which their life can be sorted easily. The decision cycle of the customers is very slow. Also, customer is not going to accept the system even if all the requirements of the customers are fulfilled.

Part Five: Quality Management Plan
Team philosophy statement
The main objective of our team is to provide a quality system so that all the requirement of the RALS community can be fulfilled in a proper manner. For that our team members properly coordinated with the Globex and Virtucom. To make the work smooth the work is split into different team members so that the work can be completed on time and in fewer efforts. For that, all the work is split into different team members.
In making of the system for the RALS committee, different meetings are held with the RALS and Globex members. In these meetings, all the problems that RALS are facing in handling the crowd during opening are discussed. After discussing all the problems, the action plan and MOV are created. All these things redisplayed in front of the RALS committee. After their approval work on the project started. Also, all the resources cost approval from hem is also taken. Then system is developed in proper coordination with the Vitucon. After completion of the system testing of the system, I did in front of Globex and RALS committee. After successful testing of the system, this system is implemented inside the premises of Globex. This step is completed by taking the approval from the Globex. In this way, the online ticket generation system is developed by fulfilling the requirements of the organisation.
Set of verification activities
In completion of this system, different activities are required. Some of the activities need verification from the organisation. Through the verification process, it can be confirmed that the organisation is ready to accept the following things in the project. All these things are completed by taking the help of different meetings and discussion. After completion of the system the verification process is completed in three steps which are shown below:
Technical review: In this all the technical parts of the online ticket generation system are verified. it has been ensure that all the requirements are meeting the standards of the that they have set.
Managerial review: In this all the requirements that are required by the manager of Globex and RALS are checked. all the requirement that mention by the manager fulfilled on time.
Business review: In this verification is done based on the scope and functionality of the project. In this is tested for which it is intended for. Through this it can be ensured that the project is going to meet the of the business.
Also, a complete walk through the system is also done. Through this, it can be ensured that there is no software bugs or errors present in the system. And this system is ready to do its work. Also, the system has to work efficiently during the peak hours without any errors.
Set of validation activities
In this majorly the process of quality control is done. In this phase, all the activities that are associated with the project are included. Through this step, it can be ensured that the whether the made system is meeting the requirement of the client or not. So for that online ticket generation system is examined underperformance, compatibility, worker reliability and user capacity. There are different steps which are required in completion of the validation rules thee are shown below:
Unit testing: Thorough this attesting it can be confirmed that the all the functions of the online ticket generating system is working properly and all the requirement of the RALS community are fulfilled.
Integration testing: Through this it can be confirmed that all the required functions of the online ticket generation system are going to work as per the requirement and for what it is built for.
System acceptance: This the checklist which is going to be made when all the validation activities are completed and approved. For the online ticket generation system is set to work up to its fullest potential. If it passes the test, then the system is accepted by the Globex and RALS community.

Mitigation strategy is discussed by taking the help of e-commerce. And in the last methodology is discussed by him. For that, he takes the example of 7-point Likert scale which ranges from one to seven. 7-point Likert scale is not discussed in a proper manner. This is the major drawback in this report.

Evaluation of the project success- The MOV
At the beginning of the project, the MOV is defined to give results at the end of 2, 8 and 15 months after installation of the system inside the premises of the Globex. After the second month of the system the online ticket generation system is going to attract new customer. New customers that are attracted by this new system is going to be captured on eight months of implementation of the system. Return of investment is going to be calculated after the 15 months of implementation of the new system. After the completion of the project, the managers of the Globex and RALS committee are going to test the system and tell whether all the requirements are fulfilled or not. They are going to accept the new system only if all the requirements are fulfilled.
