Project scope should be clear and limited it can also arise a problem. Organization culture can heavily affect the new system. There is diverse form of management it can arise a problem. Modeling content of data structure. As this system is based on software so you shouldn’t work against the features of the software. The implementation team should be experienced otherwise it would be a major problem in deploying it.
