Recording and remembering: - Social media websites are very popular these days. More and more people are signing up for account on different social media platform. The number of users are increasing rapidly it has become a great platform so if social media website is created, recording and remembering is essential. Because it just doesn’t mean that you are just adding social content to your website it’s more than that.
Poor designed system can affect in different sectors, productivity is mainly affected by this system because technology is changing every day, and it restricts the growth of organization as well. Misalignment can be occurred between a technology and the decision-making hierarchy. System will take more time to perform task, dissatisfaction occurs etc (Nakano, et al. 2003).
Failure of ERP: - ERP implementation failed and many companies were invested in ERP without thinking over essential steps for investment and just invested on the assumption that computer will magically transform the company into paragon efficiency.
If it is installed today than the first thing that should be done is to examine the process that is encoded in that software. If it fulfills the requirement it would be best for the business practice of company. The person who has actively participated in software and implication efforts should lead the project. Training should be provided throughout the project. Last thing i.e. cost, budget should prepare accordingly because the most significant cost of the software implementation is not the software, but the cost of the implementation. (Barker and Frolick 2003)
Knowledge acquisition: - knowledge acquisition is a set of techniques used to obtain knowledge about the application to create an expert system. It is very important to get knowledge from external sources such as supplier, customer, and partner’s etc. firm should therefore take a holistic view of the value chain. First the firm will analyze the nature of knowledge that is the type of knowledge and the origin of knowledge and how it is formed. On the basis of this the firm will closely examine the methods to acquire it from the source that contains it. Further will evaluate the knowledge and prepare a strategy to validate it.
Informatics mainly deals with three elements data, information and knowledge. Data is gathered by the process of knowledge acquisition. Particularly they form a relation between process of research, appraise, review and utilization of information and research. (Ipe., 2003)
System is made up of related and interdependent element which when in interaction forms a unitary whole. System is combination of part or things forming a whole. For example the world is a system and economies of various countries are subsystem.
Body Of Essay
System approach is based on the assumption that everything is interrelated and interdependent. In terms of business system approach is commonly used to evaluate the market aspects which affect the profitability of company or business. So for the informatics professionals understanding of both that is system tradition and system approach is important. Informatics professionals collect, record, analyze, retrieve and store the printed and digital information. Given the emergence of various concepts, such as learning systems, smart systems, and adaptive complex systems, informatics professionals would benefit from a common set of measures and capabilities to inform our modeling, measuring, and managing of system "smartness. Today’s society is information based knowledge society. Informatics professionals are increasingly combining traditional duty with tasks involving changing technology. Traditional duties are failed to explain what is happening today because the scope of traditional duties are too narrow to encompass the fields of change. The change in information services has mainly two characteristic diversity and unpredictability. As professionals grow and make effort to get in touch in rapidly changing technology they will be faced by simultaneous learning, implementation and planning. As the system approach is applied the external environment will be changed and resistance to change will occur. According to system approach Informatics professionals should have a clear view that they are the fundamental part of the system. For the changing environment, the change in requirement and technology of organization should be initiated and appreciated by them and they should have the attitude of the same, here company is required strong and effective leadership.
Finally, apart from searching solutions in the environment and expecting support, application of ‘one should first change himself and than others it will further change the whole’ approach is desirable. Then the positive change will be shown in the attitude of the informatics professionals, which help them to contribute in achieving organizational excellence. (Johnson, et al 2002)
Que. 5 Swot analysis:-
Problems in deploying system: - The problems may be operational and technical. Like time to learn a new system, because it needs time to acquire knowledge about new system. Poor management can be a problem to the new system. End user can resist the system. Data management system should be strong enough. Project scope should be clear and limited it can also arise a problem. Organization culture can heavily affect the new system. There is diverse form of management it can arise a problem. Modeling content of data structure. As this system is based on software so you shouldn’t work against the features of the software. The implementation team should be experienced otherwise it would be a major problem in deploying it.
1. The system is country based and there is variation in process, procedure and providers.
2. It needs a collaboration among the team member whom are the outside the state’s office and network.
3. It is very difficult to work with an individual to access the full work of provider.
4. Conflicts can be created because it is paper based process and needs multistep approval.
5. Required integration with multiple legacy system.
6. The input was taken from 18 countries which were ties to among 500 individual user stories; it can lead to the diversity.
