  • The concerned work team decided to take note on the physical condition of its employees. The team planned to do so by assigning the work load in moderate amount as per the skill and knowledge of the employees concerned.
  • The concerned work team also decided to take into consideration various health insurance facilities on behalf of its employees in order to make its employees feel secure at times of adverse health conditions faced at times.
  • The work team decided not to force the employees work for extra hours beyond the working time allotted which an aim to make all its employees lead a healthy and happy life.

Need for introduction of interim measures

  • The concerned work team of Kingfisher Convention Centre and Warbler’s Cafe identified the need to introduce interim measures. As cited by Dollard & Neser (2013), the organisation concerned planned to undertake such measures for the purpose of meeting any kind of emergency situation faced by the organisation at times.
  • The work team are found to be of the opinion that neglecting the issues faced at current times might hamper the level of productivity and profit level of the organisation concerned. Thereby, adoption of interim measures plays a key role in case of ensuring efficient and smooth performance of the organisation.

Ways that can be adopted for communicating the adopted changes to every employee

  • For the purpose of communicating the adopted changes to its employees, the concerned work team of Kingfisher Convention Centre and Warbler’s Cafe planned to opt for an audio visual mode of communication. This refers to not only record the strategies adopted but also record the overall meeting session properly. In opinion of Yorio, & Wachter (2014), this can be of great help on part of the organisation concerned to make all its associated employees get aware of the amendments recently undertaken.
  • The concerned work team also planned to adopt the policy of designing leaflets. Within the leaflets, the recent adopted changes of the organisation have been planned to be focussed on for the purpose of making all its employees become well aware of the changes undertaken.
  • In addition, the concerned work team also took the initiative to mail all the changes undertaken to all the employees. This helped in ensuring the fact that irrespective of the fact that employees are on leave or not, the concerned organisation managed to notify all its employees regarding the changes currently undertaken by it.
