What is Management?

The revolution that asks the manager to do more or less and to engage the heart, mind and physical energy of the employees in the work process of the company so that company could grow in the market (Tongo, 2012). Manager of the company works towards to manage the people attached with the company and the people who are not (Volberda, et. al., 2013). According to various articles on management it is being said that management provides accountability to the workplace (Schutte, et. al., 2014).

The article is presented so as to provide appropriate information related with management (Rowlinson, 2013). These articles have the objective of helping the organization in maintaining and managing the people working in it and the people attached with the company (Peruche, et. al., 2017).

Interpretation
Various articles are studies and interpretation is made on management in which information related with the organizations and process of management is being provided (McGrath, 2014).

It is being interpreted that organizations should have proper set of management system which could help it to grow and develop in the market (Kiechel, 2012). Various articles on business management provided the information in which importance of management is shown to the businesses (Lai, 2011). For businesses management is necessary because it helps the companies to process the work in a systematic way (Kaise, et. al., 2016).

Questionnaire for approximately 15 questions should be made including relevant information regarding roles and responsibilities of the management at workplace. There are various models presented by Henry Ford so that appropriate information related with management could be delivered to the people (Jalbert, et.et. al., 2017). Companies facing downfall in the market develops different type of strategies in the same manner when Ford got defeated by its competitor General Motors then Henry Ford developed new management policies and delivered appropriate information related with the management and brought certain changes in the management processes (Henning et al., 2009).

Interpretation
With the study of various articles it could be interpreted that brief and synchronized information is being presented in the researches related with the history of management (Green et al., 2015). Changing policies and frameworks are shown in the researches related with the history of management (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011).

Description
Motivation is termed as the most important aspects attached with the organizations working in the competitive market (Kiechel, 2012). Various researches are done by the researchers on motivation in which motivation is termed as the most valuable thing for the growth of the employees as well as organization (Kaise, et. al., 2016). For employees working in the organization motivation is termed as the most important aspects (Jalbert, et.et. al., 2017). It is being suggested in the researches that companies should indulge in the practices which could help the employees in remaining motivated (Henning et al., 2009).

Interpretation
It could be interpreted that motivation provides effective set of support to the companies (Green et al., 2015). With the help of motivations a feeling of trust is created among the workers and the management. In the researches discussion related with various theories is done (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011). Information related with the theories of motivation like Maslow’s Theory is availed which helps the organization to fulfil the needs and wants of the people available in it which avails clear framework of need of motivation in an organisation (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017).

Description
In the organization people from different diversities works due to which coordination among them gets affected (Green et al., 2015). There are various differences that people feel while working at the workplace. It is necessary that manager of the company should focus upon the attitudes, personality, emotional intelligence, perception, learning style and should provide appropriate response to stress. According to the research manager plays a very vital role in helping the employees to cooperate and coordinate with each other (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011).

Interpretation
It could be interpreted that there are various factors due to which individual differences at the workplace occurs these factors are age, physical development factors, intelligence, heredity of the people, economic conditions of the people, motor ability, gender differences, emotional stability, temperament, learning rate, environment or atmosphere, nationality of the people, personality, difference in the interest of the people, and situational variables (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017).

According to the researches it is necessary that manager should take fair decisions and should try to help the employees in understanding the culture of each other so that effective set of relationship could be developed among the employees (Amico, et. al., 2017). People working at the workplace should work as a team rather than working as an individual because team performance brings quality to the workplace (Volberda, et. al., 2013).

Effectiveness and Usefulness of the Experience
In the article Diversity in the workplace: Benefits, Challenges, and the Required Managerial Tools, relevant information related with individual difference in the workplace is given (Tongo, 2012). Article has the proper set of definition of the diversity which provides clear image of the fact to the user, information related with the benefits of diversity in the workplace is provided by the researcher, information related with the challenges of diversity in the workplace is also being shared by the researcher which avails clear picture of the fact that whether organization should hire the people of different diversities or not (Schutte, et. al., 2014).

Information related with the tools required for managing the diversity is also being availed by the researcher in the article (Peruche, et. al., 2017). Time period of 5 days should be taken and interpretation should be shown with the help of graphs and pie charts (Kaise, et. al., 2016).

Conclusion

Developing the reflections on various researches and understanding the factors indulged in it, it could be concluded that researches availed by the researchers act as the supportive material for every organizations (Jalbert, et.et. al., 2017). People managing the company in the competitive market should understand the importance of the researches and should work accordingly (Henning et al., 2009). Researches on the topics like management, motivation, individual differences in the workplace, and history of management thinking helps the organization to work effectively on the needs and requirements of the management and the employees working in an organization (Green et al., 2015).

It is necessary that management should remain indulged in such type of researches so as to gain appropriate knowledge about the people and their expectations with the organization (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011). These researches are based on the true data which helps the organization to develop the plans which could provide better and effective support to the employees (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017). Research is done to provide support to the people and help them to understand all the aspects related with the topic which is chosen by the researchers (Amico, et. al., 2017).
