Article 1 What Is Management?
This report will include the information related with various journals and lectures that I have been provided to me by my lecturers. The report is developed by me to provide appropriate knowledge regarding motivation, importance of management at workplace, history of management that is being provided by my tutors to me (Luthra, 2015). According to me it is necessary that information should be gathered from the secondary sources in relation with management, history that management had in the growth of various organisations, importance of motivation in an organisation and growth of it and it is required to provide appropriate information regarding difference at the workplace. Report provided by me will help in explaining the information related all the aspects regarding organisation and organisational cultures that should be followed by the company. (Jorda?o, et. al., 2010). With the help of various lectures provided I have learnt many things about management and have learnt that to maintain the decorum of business it is required that we should use appropriate and influencing management (Rudolph, 2016).
To avail proper set of information related with management I have gathered information from various articles and lectures provided by my tutor to me (Maielli, et. al., 2008). Main objective of such type of article is to maintain and manage the workforce and the stakeholders which are attached with the company (Rowlinson, 2013).
Lectures provided to me were studied related with the management which helped me in developing proper interpretation related with the topic so that appropriate information could be provided by me in relation with various aspects which are related with management ansd the importance it provides to the organisation so as to function in an appropriate manner (Calabrese, et. al., 2015). Management is one of the most beneficial aspects for the companies because it is the process which helps the company to process the work in a systematic manner (Kur, 2015).
With the help of the information provided to me in the lecture I could interpret that the organizations in present scenario ensures to have effective management system so that it could process its work in a smooth manner (Fox, et. al., 2014). Management is the process which helps the company to attain competitive advantage in the market (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011).
Effectiveness and Usefulness of the Experiences
With the data collected by me it could be said that proper and appropriate information is provided by my lecture in relation with management with the effect of which I am able to avail the effective set of information related with importance of management at workplace (Jalbert, et. al., 2011). Proper evaluations and interpretations are provided by me in the report which can provide proper set of help to the companies (Lai, 2011). Information related with the strategic attributes is provided which includes innovation, workforce perception, and integration of multi stakeholders, knowledge and information flow and environmental strategies which could help the company to manage things in a systematic manner (Schutte, et. al., 2014). My lecturers have tried to provide me concrete information related with management which is clear and is explaining all the aspects related with management (Tongo, 2012).
With the evaluation of various aspects related with management and the information availed to me by the lecturer a plan is provided which will give a clear direction related with importance of management to the workplace (Jorda?o, et. al., 2010). Proper action plan should be developed for the lecture so that research could be properly performed and relevant information could be availed to the target customers (Luthra, 2015). Indulging in the market survey will help in gathering proper set of information related with the management with the effect of which companies could get the ideas which could help them in developing more effective management system at the workplace (Rudolph, 2016). With the help of the lectures and guidance provided to me by my lecturer I could indulge in the primary research and develop the questionnaire to gather appropriate information related with management and provide brief explanation of why it is important for the organisations working in the market.
Article 2 History of Management Thinking
With the help of the lectures provided by my lecturers I have learnt that from our past history management is one of the aspects which is our industries to manage things in a right manner (Maielli, et. al., 2008). Various models are provided by Henry Ford which avails more clear and appropriate information related with the management (Rowlinson, 2013). It is being taught to me that the market is full of risk for all the business person doing business, but it is required that the business person should have effective set of knowledge regarding the work and the aspects which could help him to manage the things in an appropriate manner (Calabrese, et. al., 2015). For a better understanding we can take a company example of Henry For which is a company which was defeated by General Motors due to which Ford developed various new strategies (Kur, 2015). These strategies were then delivered to the management which helped in bringing certain changes in the working process (Fox, et. al., 2014).
With the help of my lecturers I have tried to gather relevant and appropriate information regarding the history of management (Jorda?o, et. al., 2010). Flow of information is presented in a synchronized way (Luthra, 2015). Lecturers have provided me proper information to me so that I can provide appropriate data regarding the history that is being followed by various organisation to ensure that the management is one of the most important aspects so as to function and flow the work in an appropriate manner in the market (Rudolph, 2016). Lectures also provided the information related with changing policies and frameworks which got changed with the passage of the time and according to the requirement and conditions of the market (Maielli, et. al., 2008).
Effectiveness and Usefulness of the Experience
I have learned many things from my studies and have understood that management has a very deep history in managing our lifestyles as well as the corporate which are working in present scenario (Rowlinson, 2013). The research availed information related with early thinking of the companies in relation with management (Calabrese, et. al., 2015). My lecturers have taught me that from the past history management is playing a very vital role in helping our organisations and has provided a platform on which proper services are being availed to the workforce by the employers (Fox, et. al., 2014). With the help of the information availed in the lecture to me it could be evaluated that management has helped in ensuring that people in the army could perform in a synchronized manner (Henning, et. al., 2009).
Proper set of information related with the early strategies that were being developed in the past are shared in the lectures which helps in providing more effective set of information related with the history of the management (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011).
With the help of the information I could provide a plan so that organisations could develop better understanding with the management of history (Jalbert, et. al., 2011). It is required that from various set of secondary sources information should be gathered (Henning, et. al., 2009). According to me information should be gathered from the data which is being provided by the researchers on internet so that better and effective set of understanding could be developed in relation with the history of management and organisations should adopt the past strategies so that they could adopt effective management tactics at the workplace (Lai, 2011).
It is required that work should be processed according to the set framework (Schutte, et. al., 2014). Forecasting should be done so that predictions for the future growth could be developed by a company (Tongo, 2012). With the help of market surveys and real life data I will be able to avail more appropriate information could be delivered in the research which will help the company to grow and develop in the market (Jorda?o, et. al., 2010).
Article 3 Motivation
With the help of the lectures provided my tutor I think that motivation is one of the most important aspects attached with the organisations and people working in it in present scenario (Luthra, 2015). There are various researches which were performed by the researchers so as to provide appropriate information regarding motivation (Rudolph, 2016). Motivation helps in rejuvenating the talent at the workplace and creates an enthusiastic environment which helps the employees to work hard and effectively (Maielli, et. al., 2008). Motivation is termed as the most important aspects for the organization as well as for the employees working in it (Rowlinson, 2013). Motivation provides reason to the employees to work more hard process quality products at the workplace (Calabrese, et. al., 2015). With the help of various studies I have learnt that motivation is one of the most important aspects attached with the businesses in present scenario and management should try to motivate their employees so that internal decorum of the business could remain maintained (Kur, 2015).
According to my interpretation it could be evaluated that appropriate support should be provided to the employees working whether it is direct support or indirect but it is required that the management should provide it to the employees working at workplace (Fox, et. al., 2014). Motivation helps in developing a feeling of trust among the workers as well as the management. Information related with various set of theories is being developed in the researches (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011). There are various lecturers who are indulged in the researches to gather more information related with the motivation (Henning, et. al., 2009). Motivation is a very broad concept which requires in depth information related with the motivation and helps in preparing more effective theories related with it (Jalbert, et. al., 2011). Lectures provided to me include information related with various theories developed by the researchers in relation with motivation. Information related with Maslow’s theory of motivation will be availed in the lecture (Lai, 2011).
According to the information provided to me in the lectures, Maslow’s theory is the theory which avails effective set of information related with the importance of motivation at the workplace (Jorda?o, et. al., 2010). According to the lectures provided to me I have learnt that there are various stages available according to which people gets motivated at the workplace and works accordingly so that they could attain the targeted stage and move forward to attain another stage and works hard for it (Luthra, 2015).
Effectiveness and Usefulness of the Experience
According to me the information provided by the lectures to me is very useful as it helps us to known that what motivation is and why it is important for an organisation (Maielli, et. al., 2008). Appropriate and useful data is being presented in the report by me with the help of which organization could get proper support and help (Rowlinson, 2013). It is required that I should focus more upon the primary sources of data collection and should provide information accordingly (Calabrese, et. al., 2015).
Planning is a most important aspect attached with motivation (Kur, 2015). It is required that the company should focus upon the motivational strategies and to develop the strategies it is required that the company should work towards to develop effective set of plans so that it could avail proper support to the employees working in it (Fox, et. al., 2014). My lecturer helped me in understanding that how we can initiate the further studies on motivation, according to the information provided by them I can say that we could develop a questionnaire and provide them to the people working in various organisations. With the help of the information gathered by those people we could do the analysis and provide the information related with the type and importance of motivation which is required at the workplace (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011).
Article 4 Individual Differences in the Workplace
In the classes related with the individual differences in the workplace I have learnt that people of different diversities comes together to perform a similar task (Henning, et. al., 2009). There are various differences that are faced by the people of different diversities at the workplace (Jalbert, et. al., 2011). There are certain factors which affect the coordination among the employees of different diversities these factors are culture, values, beliefs, way of doing the work and way of thinking (Lai, 2011). With the help of the knowledge gained by me in relation with diversities at workplace in the lectures, I have understood that organisations should first try to understand the culture, behaviour, values and beliefs of the people and should try to ensure that all the employees should provide respect to each and every aspects attached with the people of different diversities at workplace (Schutte, et. al., 2014).
With the help of various studies I have interpreted that learning and gaining information regarding the diversities is an important aspects attached with the organisations in present scenario (Tongo, 2012). Interpretation could be done by me that the reasons behind the individual differences are age, physical development, motor ability, gender differences, emotional stability, temperament, learning rate, environment or atmosphere, nationality of the people, personality, difference in the interest of the people and variables in the situation (Jorda?o, et. al., 2010).
Effectiveness and Usefulness of the Experience
According to the lecture on Diversity in the workplace there are various factors and information availed by the researcher in relation with the individual differences at the workplace (Luthra, 2015). It is required that the organisations should work towards to provide effective and appropriate services to the people working in the organisation and provide a chance so that they could learn about the different cultures and make themselves comfortable at workplace (Rudolph, 2016). Lecture includes appropriate set of information related with tools which could help the management in managing the diversity is being availed in the lecture by the lecturer (Maielli, et. al., 2008). These tools will help the manager to ensure that he could bring coordination among the workers and could help in bringing coordination among them (Luthra, 2015).
My lecturer has provided me the direction which I think is appropriate for me so that I could indulge in the future researches and could ensure to provide more appropriate information regarding diversities and how to deal with the people of different diversities at workplace (Rowlinson, 2013). According to the lecture it is required that the company should work on helping the employees in developing effective set of emotional attachment among each other (Calabrese, et. al., 2015). I could indulge in the market surveys for the future researches so that I can avail more concise and appropriate information related with diversities at wotkplace (Kur, 2015).
According to me, I can provide a suggestion to a small organisation to organise a fun activity or cultural program and ensure that all the employees should participate in the cultural event and should perform the task of different culture (Rudolph, 2016). After when the program will get over I will gather information from 20 employees and will ask what they have learnt about the culture for which they have performed and on the basis of their responses I will prefer to provide further information of differences in diversities and how could managers at the workplace could work towards to reduce the differences and initiate happy and healthy environment.
Analysing all the four lectures it could be evaluated and concluded by me that effective set of information is being availed in all the lectures. Proper information is being availed by the lecturers related with diversity, motivation, management and the history of the management. It is being evaluated that evaluation of the lectures should be done on the basis of DIEP framework. Critical analysis is done by me in the report using the DIEP framework so as to provide effective set of critical evaluation of various journals provided on various topics. Lecturers have provided proper set of guidance to me regarding the strategies that the companies should develop to deal with the critical situations and make effective set of decisions regarding the employees working at the workplace from different diversities.
