2.Explain Why Improvement Is Needed- This improvement is aimed at incorporation of the respect and appreciation about natural environment in the child.
The improvement is also needed as Springvale is mainly service oriented town with industries like timber, recycling and little farming thus service wishes to gain green or sustainable image.
3.Outcomes For Improvement
3.1.Sustainable practices are embedded in the operations of the services.
3.2Children are supported in order to become responsible to the environment.
4.List Consequences Of Not Undertaking This Improvement
The children may not show their responsibility and respect to the nature or environment. The organization may not gain an image of being responsible to the environment and society.
