Management By Objective (MBO)
The process of setting objective in organization so as to give sense of direction to the employee is known as management by objective and also known by management by result. In other words, it is a process of goals setting for employees which helps them to understand what they are required at workplace. It also defines roles and responsibilities for them and assists them to chalk out their future course of action. It helps in motivation, clarity of goals, better communication skills as well as coordination. This method performance is evaluated periodically and MBO depends on accomplishing the goal rather than how it is accomplished (Eldredge, et al, 2016).
Performance Appraisal Method
Performance appraisal (PA), which also known by performance review, development discussion and employee appraisal, is a method through which the job performance of employee is evaluated. It is a part of career development. Performance appraisal is a ongoing process in which manager and in some cases consultant evaluates and examines employees performance with the present standards, documents the results and use this result to give feedback to the employee on the basis of which he can improve their performance and further training can be provided.
It has four specific objectives which are:
1. Developmental use which involves individual needs, performance feedback, strengths and development needs.
2. Administrative uses which involves salary, promotion, layoffs, etc.
3. Organizational maintenance which consist of HR planning, training needs and
360 Degree Performance Appraisal Method
It is a type of feedback method also knows by multi source assessment/ feedback, multi-rate feedback. It can be defined as a process used by organization to solicit information from all workplace sources of an employee’s performance and behaviour. Information solicited in 360-degree feedback process which is obtained from all the heads including both internal and external individual, with whom employee comes in contact with, which includes customers, suppliers, subordinates, supervisors and peers. On the basis of feedback obtained employees work skills and behaviour is developed (Chapman, 2013).
1.2 GIBBS (1988) – Reflective Cycle Model
GIBBS Model is a type of reflective practice; reflective practice can be said as ability to reflect on one’s action so as to engage in a process of continuous learning. This model was developed by Graham Gibbs in 1998 for building up reflective stages of Kolb’s learning cycle model. Under this Gibbs presented the stages of full structured which includes description, feeling, evolution, analysis, conclusion and personal action pl This model helps the person to evaluate himself and take corrective action wherever required. And in our field which is child care this things are required almost, due to which it very important.

In this description of situation, i.e. what happened is been described and conclusions are drawn afterwards.
In this stage person is motivated by the manager, so that he/she share the thoughts which took place in their mind during experience. Types of question asked during these steps are
How did u feel before as well as after the situation, what did you feel when situation took place, etc.
Under this the manager needs to evaluate the situation on the basis of answers obtained from the above two stages. In this manager generally focus on the area which was positive and negative for him and what all went well as well as what didn’t go so well.
Analysis of what sense can be made from the situation, what is actually going on, does different people experiences in similar or different way, is been done in this step.
Conclusion can be of two types, which are general and specific. General conclusion determines, what is concluded from the situation and analysis in general sense. On the other hand specific conclusion determines the own specific, unique, personal situation.
After going through all the above stages, manager identifies the area on which employees needs to work on, on the basis of which action plan is prepared.
According to me, this is a good model for workers in my industry to use for professional reflection practice, as it is a step by step process under which employees are given time and opportunities to share their experience regarding situation, in which he/she describes all the positive as well as negative aspect on the basis of which there skill which needs to be enhanced or developed on which correction action can be made by planning action plan (Smith, 2011).
a.Strategies which can be undertaken to ensure burnout of oneself can be following
1. Balancing personal, social life and professional life – Proper coordination between this three should be made so that an individual feels clam and relax.
2. By taking short refreshment breaks – Taking short breaks during the work helps in stress management due to which burnout can be controlled to an extent.
3. By performing rotational activities at work place which will enhance employee’s skills as well as help him to control burn out.
b. Kind of support which might be needed to ensure strategy success which are stated above are:
Balancing personal, social and professional life is required because it give stability of mind on the basis of which employees can perform their job effectively as well as efficiently. In support it requires proper flow of communication.

3. Skills in which an individual is lacking behind for that he/she can join training and development program (MacLeod, 2010).

a.Ann can evaluate her own work practices as part of her reflective practices with the help of forming regular plans, aims or objective which need to be accomplished and comparing the standard performance with the actual performance on the basis of which corrective action can be brought into action. She can even implement Gibbs reflective cycle model which goes through following stages- description, feelings, evolution, analysis and conclusion (Haughey, 2014).
b.Ann’s value and beliefs have following effects on the way that’s her understand her work duties, initially she was performing very well and used to enjoy her work but after the formation of exclusive groups, her value and beliefs are affected negatively due to which she is not able to perform well and feels less motivated, is lacks in doing her work confidently, her team members refuses to her ideas which affected her professional life too (Chapman, 2013).
c.Methods that I and Ann can ensure for both communication openly and in a way that is non-threatening and can encourage constructive consultation can be, two way communication process so that flow of communication can take place smoothly, playing advisory role in the organization, taking part in team work as a team member which can help in building bond with the team members and implementing negotiating or conflict resolution techniques in the organization (L Lawrence-Wilkes and Chapman, 2015).

Self-reflection is a process of accessing our own thoughts and actions having objective of personal learning and development. I always prepare a to-do list at the starting of every week and try to complete every task of the list. At the end of the week I evaluate myself and try to enhance and improve my performance every week. I use to develop a learning plan to enhance my knowledge about childcare, we should search a national and regional institutes related to childcare or should attend the conference, journals, online communities etc. for external learning. Support network can be professional or personal both like family and friend, social and religious group, professional co-workers, academic instructor, government official etc. The best practice to improve is to sharing and receiving ideas about childcare techniques with the professionals and other employee, whenever I get a chance to meet a childcare professional I always do the same. Always adopt the new childcare techniques by researches either online or offline and it has to be applied and maintained. Current industry practices should be learned and educate others as well regarding this. Practice of getting feedback from peers and other employee is very helpful to enhance the performance and work because in at childcare it is necessary to improve our practices as per others feedback (Coleman, et al. 2001).
Honesty and integrity is very important for the every person working with children and families. It not only creates value in communication but it leads to develop the foundation of confidence and trust. Being a child care professional you have to interact with children, families, colleagues and sometimes you have to meet the childcare specialist as well. Honesty is the quality of being fair and it is very important at childcare centre because improvement of child should be fairly recorded and evaluated. So it is very important to maintain honesty with them or keep an honest and open communication with them. It is very important to build a positive relationship in childcare. By developing collaborated and established honest relationship with their families helps us to gain trust and respect of the parents of the child. Parents will be more comfortable and open in talking to you about any problem or concern about their child and they will fairly accept your professional opinion that will help them to improve their child. Honesty with co-worker is very essential to create a very caring and supporting environment around the organization. In childcare business everyone is a working as part of team so everyone should work together and should build a loyal and honest relation. Honesty and integrity drives you towards the many benefits, it not only help you to maintain relation with co-worker, children and families but also makes you committed towards your work. As far as my consideration an employee who performs his duty with honesty and integrity is recognized as the best employee(Eldredge, et al, 2016).

1. Trainings :-
The first training that is to be provided is induction program, which contains all the information about childcare and given to the new employee.
Instruction by the supervisor to the peers:This training is given to the employee by the supervisor just to fill the knowledge and skill gap.
Job rotation and multitasking training:training given to every employee just to make him fit to every area of centre. By providing different tasks and by given different job responsibilities.
Internship programs: a small tenure internship program for the intern to understand fundamental of childcare centre.
All the training options are very affordable and easy to apply.
2. The two major gaps that have been observed are lack of staff member and lack of information resources. The child and staff ratio is very poor i.e. staff is not sufficient for children. Second thing staff is not getting the current information about new rule and regulations, policies and new technology on time.
3. These gaps were observed by comparing it with the other centres where employees are frequently in touch with the current information about early childcare’s new technologies and the new policies. Other centres are having very strong staff to child ration and have sufficient staff for children. This can be addressed by new recruitment and by technology advancement (MacLeod, 2010).
4. The employee who wants to attend the professional development program should have relevant experience of 1 year and must be qualified i.e. undergrad. A Form has to be completed having information of the employee about the topics which has been covered and remaining topics which has to be covered with specified date and time and having basic information of the employee. Head of the department is completely responsible for approving professional development applications. Company authority will pay for professional development but in return company required favourable results. All the seminars and training that will be provide will be during work hours only but the reading part of journals and paper will be done out of the work hours.
5. Some specialists of early childcare were invited for the professional development. Different sessions were organized for the employee as per their preference both auditory and visual. Some employee prefer rather listening than reading so for them auditory lectures were organized where information about early childcare were given. For those who learn best by graphics for then video lectures were organized by the specialist (Chapman, 2013).

7. For giving the better catering facility to the child once I was searching a good catering service for the children. I’ve done a lot of research on internet and enquired many services. Then I came across 5 to 6 service providers and took sample from them to check the quality and purity of food as per requirement of children. Finally we choose one by ensuring every aspect like purity, quality, quantity and considering requirement of children.

Being a childcare professional I observe and monitor the activity of children and keep records of it. I also assist in preparing food for children and keep an eye on the quality and quantity of food. I have calm and nurturing personality, I love being around the child and having large reserve of patience. I am not perfect in keeping my paper work organized every year I start it perfect but after two or three month everything become mess. I would like to improve my skill of organizing paper in good manner and it can be achieved by daily practice of doing the thing well manner because organizing paper is not a rocket science but still I failed every time. For improving that I have learned many techniques and strategy from my colleagues. There is no such in my practice because since I have joined I doing my work with the same beliefs and values that is honesty, integrity and respect because being a childcare professional it is important to follow this moral values. I have reviewed my performance reviews and job description for the analysis. Biggest achievement during my work is to get an employee of the year award. I have got an additional responsibility of checking the food that is to be served to the child and I have done well in that and my performance is enhanced by this additional responsibility (Atherton, 2013).
For the personal development, my Initial goal is to enhance the communication of mine because to meet the parents of the children and childcare specialist it needs a strong communication. The second thing is technology advancement because to meet the demand of children who is far ahead in technology knowledge of technology is essential. Third goal of mine is to improve my administrative work that is to arrange documents because sometimes it is very difficult to find reports and the goal of mine is to be punctual because it harms in many ways (Doran, 1981). 1. Culture can be defined as the interconnection of various fundamentals such as belief system, values, principles, customs and many more. It is basically a glass through which people look upon the perceptions of a specific society. It helps in building interactions among people and influences other to share same perception among each other.
2. The cultural diversity involves various elements which define the identity of people among them such as gender, political ideology, educational backgrounds, literacy, class, nationality, food choices etc. Thus, respecting ethnic diversity states that we are showing our regards towards the differences among each other. It helps in promotion of individuality and togetherness among people from different backgrounds.
3. Cultural awareness is the main base which enables communication among different cultural groups. The main essence of awareness involves becoming conscious regarding the perceptions, beliefs and values of other cultures to build a strong personal and professional relationship with others.
4. The culturally safe environment for children and families states that an environment that is spiritually, socially and emotionally safe, as well as physically safe for people; where there is no assault challenge or denial of their identity, of who they are and what they need. It is about shared respect, shared meaning, shared knowledge and experience of teach together (Nursing council, 2002).
5. ‘Cultural competence’ is one of those expressions where we all think we know what it means, but we might all mean something different. It’s a term and a set of concepts we need to return to and come to understand over time. According to Early Year Learning Framework (EYLF) the cultural competence can be underpinned as partnerships, respecting the diversity, providing secure and reciprocal environment (EYLFPLP, 2011).

2.6 Being an Indian I was needed vacation on Indian festival but organization denied to this because according to them there were no such festival exist. Second example is I was forced to eat meat but I am pure vegetarian and refused to eat it.
1. Everyone should respect each other’s culture and should appreciate the differences but in my case, I have faced tolerance that I dint get vacation rather I work on charismas’ vacation.
2. I respect the decision so I have done my work and there is no such impact on my feeling, yes I was angry for sometimes but that couldn’t change my feeling for people around you.

6.2Brooke display cultural sensitivity while communicating with Rhonda, with the help of providing extra support to this children as well as their mother which involves interpreter service so barrier to communication can be removed, by working with lead educators to assist them, as she is well aware about the situation and difficulty they are going through (Krueger and Casey, 2014).
6.3Brooke displayed best care in practice when supporting Rhonda and her children by engaging herself in local cultural community centre to provide Aboriginal cultural training for educators so that they can assist Rhonda children easily, interpreter service was made available to avoid communication problem, giving extra care to this child as she knew the situation they are facing at this age.
6.4 Rhonda is already depressed and after negative attitude and comment which can be made by educators can hurt her emotionally as well as mentally, she might hesitate in communicating with any person for the next time. She can even restrict her children from going to child care centre. This situation can put Rhonda and her children into more difficult situation (Tishelman, and Fontes, 2017).
6.5 The centre support:
Rhonda’s cultural and emotional needs: Brooke, director of care centre offered her list of Aboriginal support which can be assisted. Services such as interpreter were made available.
The children’s cultural and emotional needs:Children were given a free and happy environment at care centre, special attention was provided to them, educators were given separate training to assist these children.

7.1Whenever birthday celebration takes place in child care centre, this child can be send out which an educator in playground or can be made sleep so that beliefs and needs of family can be achieved.

7.4 Situation where gender or sexuality can raise an issue or discussion point can be common washroom for boys and girls which needs to be separated and common sleeping area or rest rooms.
7.5.By differencing on the basis of colours i.e. all the things regarding girls will be pink in colour and for boys it will be blue in colour. These things can be toys, washroom or rest area and by placing their toys at different places, girl’s toys like Barbie will be places in wall corner where as boy’s toys such car will be placed at block corner (Tansey, 2009).
7.6The community values are attached with the children and their behaviour, they tend to notice their surroundings and act according to their belief systems. For example, in Muslim communities girl child is always motivated to wear traditional clothes, the children from these communities are uncomfortable around females wearing normal clothes.
7.7The changing beliefs influence child’s mind set and help them to gain a more moderate and tolerant behaviour towards their surrounding people. The children and their families are keen on accepting other cultural values in order to understand the local community cultural belief systems when they co-relate with professional behaviours of childcare(Tansey, 2009).

An important part of verbal communication is the tone of the person's voice. This can give the receiver of the message an insight into how the other person is feeling.
Many people use gestures to communicate. An example of a gesture you may know is the 'thumbs up' gesture - this communicates that something is good. Many gestures used in Australia are also recognised by people in other countries.

1.3. Down ward and upward communication is adopted to communicate to each other in the organization.
1.4. Leadership, organization culture and work process and system these three elements are very important to develop and evaluate the work plans made to achieve goals either short term or long term.
1.5. Setting individual goals i.e. performance goals provides a framework for the organizational goal (Garvis, et al. 2016).
1.6. Barriers and issues are identified with the help of performance review, feedback from employee and by communicating to each other. To deal with such barriers sometimes organization organizes a meeting to resolve them or sometime an individual take responsibility to resolve that issue as per complexity of the issue.
1.7. Confidentiality can be maintained in three ways at workplace, first by signing a employment contract with some confidentiality clause by new employee, by providing training of confidentiality laws and by creating a feedback plan and exit interview process and investing in development of it (Ali, et al. 2015).
1.8. First thing that is done by organization is to create a strategic direction than organization design a system that is human resource system. The next step is to calculate and plan total workforce and as per planning generate a required human resource.
1.9. Staff roistering is done on weekly basis by preparing proper schedule of educators. It is done by software having a spread sheets with columns and rows where according to activity educators and timings are pasted. It gives the complete information about the timings and educators. Who will go at what time and attend which activity.

For preparing timetable at our center we just prepare a sheet containing two columns named time and activity and further we divide the rows in hourly activity with break of 5 minutes so children could able to reach to the location of activity. Finally put a break at appropriate time for 30 minutes for the meal of children.
1.11. I assist new employee at the time of joining and enables new employee to understand the needs of children. During induction program catering department will be illustrated by me only because I am having additional responsibility of kitchen.
1.12. There many referral networks are there for social justice, health and many more which is provided by organization for additional support to the employee and their family members. Like for health issue our organization refers us to Australian health system. If any parents feels like their child is dominated or any other issue so our organization has legal advisory team works very transparently. Organization is also having facility for the special child organization refers such kind of child to special schools.
1.13. For improving my administrative work which was very poor I have started arranging and sequencing file and records of children. By daily internet surfing and getting knowledge other sources about technology I have started using new technologies that is used in daily life at personal and professional place. The last thing that was more important was is to improve my communication skills and I have practiced more and now it is better.
1.14. The two leadership style that would be adopted by me is autocratic and democratic. In childcare when we concern about the safety and health of child the autocratic leadership will be adopted by me because we cannot compromise on that and for teaching or innovative things are to be discussed democratic leadership will be adopted.
1.15. Employee always need good supervision and not let the worker go out of the radar. Staff is always needed good supervision and management for betterment of work. At workplace work is much personal and social contacts should be out of work hours so during work hours there will be no such interaction between me and workers.
1.16 The process for leading team meeting and discussion could be group discussion as supervisor we can organize a group discussion among employee for the better ideas. Second process could be formal and informal gathering among employees so they could work closely and third and last thing is to organize a game which evolves information about childcare.
1.17. Presentation, medium and completeness three factors influence the effective communication. The way you present your message is very important because it shouldn’t contain too much information that receiver won’t be able to understand. Right medium should be adopted for the effective communication and message should be complete because completeness of message it very important otherwise receiver could take it in other sense.
1.18. A supervisor can find the right and effective channel by either by trial and error method or by consulting with employee and then continue to use those channel for communication. Through this new work ideas and process can be evolved from employee.
1.19. Coaching at work place is process in which people are equipped with tools, knowledge and opportunity for developing them completely to become effective in their commitment to company and work.
1.20. Both coaching and mentoring has same approach and skill but difference in tenure because coaching is short term task and mentoring is a long term task. Coaching is task oriented and mentoring is relationship oriented. Coaching is performance driven process and mentoring is development driven process.
1.21. The basic three sources at work place are different behaviour and communication style, different priorities and poor communication from leader. Most of the conflicts are generated by the different behavior because everyone has their own view and thinking, next change in communication style because of this misunderstanding occurs between employees at work place. Different type of priority creates conflicts between employees.
1.22. It needs a great managerial skill to resolve a conflict. Conflict that I have observed in my organization was conflict in communication because two employees of our organization were having different style of communication and whenever they communicate misunderstanding generated. So to resolve this conflict a proper plan is needed because both are not ready to accept that they were wrong. So to do this a strong frame work is needed for this I have enquired that they both belongs to two different regions and had different culture there so their accent of specking is different so that’s the reason why they both are unable to understand each other’s accent while working and every time they ended up with conflict. Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument can be used to resolve this kind of conflict in this model 5 steps are given which may be possible for the resolution of conflict these steps are compromising, avoiding, competing, accommodating or collaborating. As for as my consideration for smooth working of organization and for the betterment of organization it is necessary to build a positive organizational behaviour. So to resolve this situation initially I will speak to the individual about problems that he has with each other. After taking reviews from both employees I will carefully note it down and will figure out the possible solution. After listening both of them and recording I would try to decide the next action like what could be the solution it may be compromising or avoiding. Because in that case these two are possible only. Now there can be only two solutions first they would not talk to each other in future and compromise may be the second one. So after doing that I will convince to both of them to talk to each other in presence of mine or superior clearly and at the same time management would also take the transparent decision in favour of both of them about their problems with each other. Then finally for the solution we can provide them a common training for the effective communication from the specialist in this field in working hours and will tell to them to practice this at home after the working hours. During training session would be provided to check their performance, either it is improved or not. When they both will satisfy and our instructor will be satisfied then we ended up the coaching after reviewing the whole. Then they will again be on the work place together. Because it can only be the solution of this conflict because if we choose first one in which they won’t speak to each other then it would be loss for organization because its childcare centre where children learn new thing and at this age adopt things quickly, if they come in contact of such of that incident then it would be the negative impact the development of their personality. So for betterment of organization and children resolution of this kind of conflict is essential (Gautam, 2016).
1.23. Performance management is process in employee and manager work together to prepare plans, monitor the plans and take reviews objective of employee’s work and objective and their contribution in organization.
1.24. Our organization daily visits the official website to check the amendment policies, rules and regulation. Once in a month visits to the authority or communicate with them either telephonic or by E-mail.
1.25. For the process of performance management one form is given to employee consists some points that has to be filled honestly. Points like punctuality, sincerity. Work assigned, work completed, status of work, attendance records, adaptability and dependability, productivity, cooperation or teamwork, leadership etc. this forms is to further submitted and must be agreed by employee. Than performance is monitored and evaluated on the basis of his contribution in work. On the basis of evaluation whatever the feedback comes either positive or negative is given to employee on daily basis, if feedback is positive then appreciation is given and if it is negative then necessary is taken by organization like if someone is having poor communication so training would be provided to him/her or employee will go under performance development plan. Continuous efforts are applied to improve performance of employee by organizing training session, lectures or by providing them to study material related to that or whenever additional supported is needed to the employee or their family is given by organization by referring them to referral networks of the organizing such as social justice and healthcare issues (Nuttal, et al. 2016).

Responsibilities can be decentralized by granting different duties to employees which can be auditing work place in duration of 2 hours, dividing children in groups so that cluster formation does not takes place in washrooms or play area. The strategies adopted should fulfil the norms of NHS (Garvis, et al. 2016)
SMART goals i.e. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely must be formed and should be measured on the basis of which next month goals or objectives can be formed. Regular Brainstorming section should be planned which will help in finding optimal solution for the existing problem (Ali, et al. 2015).
Language can be one of the barriers due to which a common language which is known by everyone should be used in the organization. Physical barriers i.e. whenever meetings are been held it is not necessary that each employees are available at work place due to which meetings can be done through Skype such that everyone van attain the meeting. To avoid psychological barriers, open gathering can be held which helps in understanding behaviour and attitude of employees.

An agenda for meeting
Agenda of meeting is to upgrade the current practice of auditing done in every three months now needs to be done monthly. It includes both internal as well as external audit of the care centre. It will be done on all the parameters which involves healthy and safety features, facility and utility, quality of fruits, vegetables and other eatables used in care centre, sufficient area for playground, etc. When the audit will be done on a monthly basis, childcare can get better grading from NHS and better feedback from stakeholders as well, number of incidents taking place at child care which harms children can be made reduced and identification of loophole is any can be determined on which corrective measures can be implemented (Nuttal, et al. 2016).
Meeting minutes for each meeting
In these meeting supervisors, managers, representative of NHS, audit company and family, staff members will be present. The main points related to work practice or plan which will be covered is implementing audit of care centre on monthly basis which was previously done one in a month. Key area which needs to be improved are quality and quantity of learning provided to children, decrease in percentage of accidents taking place in care centre as well as obtain better grades from NHS. Delegation of work to team members will be delegated on the basis of their acquired skills. Peron who is excellent in communication skill will be asked to interact will parents and analysis what other services they wants from us. A staff member will be appointed to update the knowledge on other staff members on the basis of new norms of NHS. Other staff will be delegated work which includes cleanness of centre, check the quality of eatable used in centre.
Objective of this meeting is to change the audit policy followed till the date by once in a month, which was, earlier once in a three month. This meeting was planned before so that all the people (stakeholders) who need to be present in the meeting must be there. With the help of a model, implementations of monthly policies were made understood. Its related benefits to children, parents, staff, and organization were narrated, on the basis of which everyone was ready to accept the chance in the organization. Delegation of tasks among staff was done on the basis of skills acquired by them on initial basis and it is decided that task will be done in a rotational shift such that each staff member will get chance or opportunity and to do every task and will help them to develop their skills on which everyone agreed. It even reduced the chance of conflict among staff members. Feedbacks obtained from team members were positive as they agreed on this topic i.e. audit should be done on monthly basis. Implementation for this plan will involve change in schedule of staff members are well as more responsibility on their heads due to which there schedule needs to be changed along with proper time management so that staff does not feels any kind of work stress. Audit can be planned on last Friday of every month so that their works does not get affected. After implementation of this new audit plan staff member feels stress, gets delay in going back to home due to which they have to face traffic. On initial basis they feel less motivated and have lack of interest in doing the extra work delegated after the implementation, for which a section was planned in which benefits of implementation of new audit plan was told them for brief which helps them to accept it and boost up their moral to work effectively as well as efficiently (Ali, et al. 2015).

Targets are not achieved on time due to which delay in complication of goals does not take place on time.
As target accomplishment is weak, which needs to be improved so as to improve this, firstly manager should explain the work to the individual and ask them if they have any doubt. Deadline regarding the work should be communicated at the time of assigning tasks. Individuals should me motivated to work more effectively and efficiently. Daily feedback should be given on the basis of which key area which is required to be developed by an individual can be analysed.
Level of cooperation among individuals does not matches the requirement, since childcare is a teamwork, a single person cannot do all the work which is required to be done.
Childcare organization is a teamwork due to which employees working there should have a strong cooperative, adaptability as well as smooth flow of communication without any barriers. Individual can set priorities and adjusts them as needed when any unexpected situation arises. Individual should not hesitate in communicating with peers or survivor and whenever feels any kind of obstacle, firstly should communicate with them and then continue with the work, which can also minimize the chance of failure.
After the performance review, a plan was implemented for developing professional behaviour among employees.
Individual should promptly answer all the quires and doubts of clients with a calm and cool mind to make them satisfied. In addition he/she should take part in decision making or other activity in the organization so as to enhance management skills and knowledge. A positive attitude must be adopted at workplace. And the plan adopted should be reviewed and corrective actions should be taken to improve it.

The primary goal of this individual is to reduce the injury among children by 40% in coming 6 months and gradually increase the percentage. The other goals of staff member includes excellent customer satisfaction i.e. parents along with their children should be made satisfied so that children feels happy as well as exited to come to care center, which he needs to increase 10% in every month. He is also responsible to take feedback from all the stakeholders regarding the performance of care centre on monthly basis which can be obtained in form of rating or comments, which he have to communicate further.
