1. The children in the childcare can take part in the various activities that are conducted for them. 3. Care was taken regarding the energy requirements of the kids. The kids were given glucose rich fruits and juices in the breakfast so that they are able to cope with all the stress caused to them during all the activities. There were break sessions to energize the kids during the activities so that no child backs off because of lack of internal strength. There was immediate medical first aid available in the compound in case if any child hurts himself during the play events. There has to be emotional support in terms of motivation and cheering from the staff members given to the children when it is their turn to perform. The children should feel safe and secured while taking part in the activities. They should know that in order to win fairly, they will have to give their best performance. 4. Apart from winning and losing, children must understand the true importance of participation. They have to learn the quality of sportsmanship while taking part in the events. The kids must have a sense of belonging to their teams and the care. They must know that they are performing for their team and to  make this event a success. Individual winning is not as important as the winning of the team is important. Their connections with the team members is reflected in their performance. Ultimately, these connections help the team to come out as the winner team. For this to happen, the children must cultivate in them the qualities of belonging and connected. They have to learn the right procedure that is desired to make their team win. This is possible only when they are enthusiastic and obedient towards the decisions taken by the team. (Barblett, 2010)

5. The main motive to organize such events and activities in the care is to practice the learning while playing clause of the EYLF. It is true that children learn quickly and efficiently if they are enjoying to play about it. Through such activities, the educators to cover a portion of the syllabus, so that the theory classes seems interesting to the kids as they are experiencing the same thing in practical as well. There were sessions in the events where the children were taught some basic and advance techniques to study the books, especially the subjects that they find difficult. Most of the children face problems in cramming the text. There are efficient and faster ways that they are not aware about. In addition, interaction with many people gives that the confidence regarding their language and tone of voice. This also helps to develop the kids into good communicators.

6. There is a reflective journal of every child that is made after the completion of all the events. This reflective journal carries the details of a child separately. It contains the results of every child of every activity. It is like a record that shows the downward or upward improvement of the children. These journals are been marked by the educators in the judging. Other documents like the certificates of the winners and participation certificate of all the children who took part in the activities. Along with all the documents of the children there is a report being made that contains the details of all the important things of all the activities. This report only comprises of the names of the winners and who was the event head of the activities at the time it was carried out. (Rose, Morgan, et al. 2008.)

7. Parents were given a notice one week before the starting of these events. Parents has a great role to play in the performance of their wards. They can motivate the children about how they have participate in the activities. They might as well guide them and give them a little practice about the events that they have to take part in. along with this training, parents can also teach them that how they have to cope up with the activities that they are not able to win. Parents support and guidance matters a lot for the kid’s success in even the smallest event and the biggest adventure. Giving the assessment reports to the parents helps them to know the performance graph of their kid. They can also analyse and find ways to improve the kid. Also, children takes such activities seriously the reports of which are given to their parents.

Part B

1. The feedback for the activities is to be taken from too many people who were involved some how to the activity. First of all the feedback is to be taken from the child who participated in the events. He needs to tell about his own experience and where he suffered a problem that he did not win. Next comes his team mates and the other children with whom he performed. They have to say about the behaviour of the child in question while participating in the activities. Then the feedback is to be taken from the staff members. They can tell about the response and obedience of the child. How well does the child react to the rules and regulations of the activities. They can tell the perspective of the child towards the events. Lastly, the feedback is taken from the parents of the participating and non-participating children. This will help the educators in preparing the child’s report. Also, the opinion of the parents is important to fully satisfy them. (Law, King, et al 2006)

2. The information regarding the child’s learning is to be documented. This is important as it will be used for the preparation of the future activities. Information is to be taken from the children who took part in the events. This information is to be collected extensively. It has been recorded that the children take active part if they are motivated well enough by the educators. If there is participation certificate given to the children and appreciated for the little effect they put in the activities. Children must be secured about their chances of winning. They need to have complete trust over the organizers of the events. Also, it is important that the activities are formulated in such a way that that the rules of the activities are according and acceptable to the age of the children taking part in them.

3. The feedback taken previously from the parents, staff members and the children was used at the time of formulation. It is important to keep in mind the difficulties faced by the kids and their parents in the events that were undertaken before. The opinion of the parents is to be considered at the time of deciding the correct age group and the necessary aspects of life and communication is to be covered in the events. Children have to be made comfortable regarding the rules and regulations of the activities and there feedback is important to be kept in mind while deciding them. Feedback helps in the overall success of the events and the activities. (Johnsons, 2016).
