The study also reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of each of these form of business. In addition to this, the study also examines the independent report of Woolworths. The study found that Woolworths Independent Auditor reports declare that the monetary report of the business are in agreement with the Corporations Act 2001 which gives correct and reasonable value of combined financial positions and fulfills with the Australian Accounting standards and Corporations Regulations 2001.
