Jonas was working in the accountant firm as a senior accounting clerk. He was working with the same employer since 27 years and did not check the job market from years. He was the only accounting clerk for supporting senior partners at the firm. One day, he was asked to assist another accounting clerk who is returning from her maternity leave. It is quite disappointing for Jonas, as she will be served as senior accounting clerk at that firm. Employer was aware about the situation but still his work arrangements had not been addressed or finalized at the meeting. Two partners had already resigned; therefore, it leads to less work distribution among the clerks. Jonas was very upset.
