This PBL assessment relates to the below-mentioned learning outcomes:

5. Deliberate the variety of capabilities and roles compulsory for HRM practitioners and other managers of people within many organizational settings.
Description & Objective
PBL exercises are planned to present students with the problem related learning way through a discussion of its theoretical underpinning.
You will require presenting your outcomes and assumption in a written report that fulfills with listed academic principles.
A. Scoping of issues (20% of the total marks)
Clear explanation of the problems and its limits
Effective communication of a thesis notifying the paper
Proved understanding of the practical insinuations of the problems
B. Substantive content (40% of the total marks)
Research skills as showed by the variety and applicability of references
Correct reporting and showed knowledge & understanding of information
Alertness of strengths and weaknesses of dissimilar reference material
Good use referencing of the material
C. Response to the issue (40% of the total marks)
Examination of challenging solutions to the problem
Use of practical detail to support the commanded response to the problem.
Development of logical and well-structured response to the problem
You will be provided two case studies in this assessment

Student Guide to the PBL Process
1. Explore the issues:
Converse the statement of the problem and list its important portions. You may realize that you do not know sufficient to resolve the problem but that is the task! You will have to collect information and acquire new, principles, concepts, or skills as you involve in the process of problem-solving.
2. List "What do we know?"
What do you know to solve the problem?
This consists of both what you really know and what strengths and capabilities each team member have.
Consider or note everyone's input, no matter how weird it may seem: it could hold a possibility!
3. Develop, and write out, the problem statement in your own words:
A problem statement should come from your study of what you know, and what you will require knowing to resolve it. You will need:
a written statement
The agreement of you on the statement
Note: The statement of the problem is often revisited and edited as new information is revealed, or "old" one is cast-off.
4. List out possible solutions
List them all, and then arrange them in the order of strongest to weakest
Select the best one
5. List actions to be taken with a timeline
What do you have to know and do to solve the problem?
How do you rank these possibilities?
How do these relate to your list of solutions?
Do you agree?
6. List "What do we need to know?"
Explore the knowledge and data that will back your solution
You will require information to fill in omitted gaps.

7. Write up your solution with its supporting documentation, and submit it.
This should consist of the data gathered, problem statement, analysis of data, questions, and help for solutions or commendations grounded on the data exploration: briefly, the procedure and outcome.
