Task 2

Develop a business plan [project]

In this, you have to create a business plan to support the company’s strategy and operational goals.

procedure

1. Review the information in the case study.

2. Analyze and interpret the current business environment, goals and objectives embedded in the case study.

3. Consult with your trainer (assume the trainer is a key stakeholder) and discuss and agree upon performance objectives and measures.

4. Document a business plan to assist the organization to achieve its goals.

5. Document a plan for communicating the business plan to all relevant parties.

6. Present the business plan to your trainer.

Task 3

(Written Report) Monitor performance

In this, you have to analysis the business performance plan through testing and refining of the performance measurement system.

1. Review the completed business plan from Assessment Task 2.

2.  Identify the key performance objectives.

3.  Prepare a report of performance level? Explain the key performance objective.

4.  Write a brief report on how you would test the performance measurement systems, including:

a. Acceptable levels of variance to planned objectives (where applicable).
b. The timeframe for each report – how frequently reports will be completed.
c. What benchmarks will be used?
d. Who will be the key stakeholder in each report?

Task 4

Respond to performance data(Case Study)

In this task, you have to the performance data and progress report.

1. Review the case study of PQR Company.

2. Critically analyses the information and write a brief report, responding to each question in the case study.
