Major Activity

Objective

Give you an occasion to show your knowledge of the complete unit.

This is the key activity and you must complete it individually and present it as a portfolio:

Q. Make a standard agenda for a formal Annual meeting.

Q. Preparation for the meeting containing the foal of the meeting.

Q. What kind of meeting this is going to be?

Q. What processes should you put in place to make sure the meeting arrangements?

Q. How to arrange meetings- Design and agenda.

Q. Participation in the meeting, containing encouraging participation, controlling, problem-solving, discussion and resolution of issues.

Q. What reports should be prepared in regards to the formal meeting and make a plan what you believe the meeting should contain.

These steps can be completed as processes or you can answer the questions one at a time.
